Our National Flag
We
are an independent nation. Every independent nation uses a flag to
introduce it as a nation in the
society of the world. It is called the national flag. We have a national
flag. It is a symbol of our independence. The formation of our national flag
is rectangular. Its length and breadth
ratio is 10:6. There are two colours
of our national flag. Its background is green. In the middle of the flag there
is a blood-red circle. The green
background of our national flag
represents the youth and the red circle represents the rising sun with
new hopes of a nation. We hoist our national flag on all national days, such as
the Independent Day, the Victory Day
etc. At educational institutions the
national flag hoisted on all working days. It is kept half-mast on mournful days. We consider our national flag as a
sacred thing. Our national flag is a thing
of glory to us. We are proud of our national flag.
