Sir, 

I beg most respectfully to state that I had been a student at your school for five  years. I passed the SSC examination from your school in 2019 and  was placed in the GPA-5. In  this respect, I would like to mention that I was a good football player of  our school team. I was an active member of our school scouts. I participated in all cultural activities held at the school. Now, I am going to get myself admitted to a college and I need a testimonial from you for this purpose. 

May I there fore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me  a testimonial.
